Covid, coaching and mental health: how working from home has changed business

Have you seen significant work mix changes in paper packaging demand?
We have seen some big swings in market sector demand for paper packaging and in work mix; these changes have been far larger than we have ever seen in recent times in the paper packaging market.
Have you adapted to all the changes that COVID has thrown at you?
Owners, Directors and Managers are all having to cope with an increased level of complexity in their jobs over recent months, as a result of lockdown.
How has lockdown changed the way you work and where you work?
Your time in lockdown means you have probably had to embrace new ways of working. For many, working from home is no longer the thing you do for a “bit of quiet time to get a project finished off”, it has become normal.
