One of the services that NOA offers to our customers is to help with recruitment and final-stage interviews.

In late 2020 we were asked to help several of our FMCG customers with the task of filling some key, senior leadership and management roles (when all other avenues had been exhausted) and so we started our journey into paper packaging and manufacturing recruitment.

Bringing in the best people into your organisation can often be a challenge, especially when candidates will invariably put their “best foot forward” to make an impression. Getting behind the “mask” and finding out what the candidate is REALLY like is very important. At NOA, we have been supporting our customers in recent years to make great recruitment decisions; we do this by using some of our personality testing services and get “under the skin” of those final interview candidates. We also support our customers by conducting “filtering” interviews for them, offering impartial and objective feedback to help them with their decisions over shortlist candidates.

Over the last few years, we have helped clients to recruit key administrative roles (e.g. Sales Representatives, Team Leaders and Customer Service Administrators) as well as support with senior board level appointments. In all of these scenarios, we have used a suite of personality & psychometric tests to help our clients to ask key questions at interviews and evaluate candidates’ responses. In some cases, these have been crucial in helping identify the best candidates.
