In a bid to increase their online ecommerce sales, VanMoof realised that they needed to reduce the number of damages during deliveries. So, instead of featuring a picture of a bike on the side of their corrugated cardboard boxes, they came up with the ingenious idea of featuring an image of a flatscreen TV – in the hope that couriers would take a little more care in handling their goods.
