We hope that this message finds you, your team and your families all safe and in good health during these extraordinary times.

The team at NOA wanted to offer this message, to reassure you that we are all here and available for you. We also wanted to explain a few things about what we are doing during this difficult time in case we can be of support.

Firstly we wanted you to know that we are continuing “business as usual” during this lockdown time, we will be working at full capacity and not furloughing any of our team over the next 3 months at least, and are offering all our usual business support services (and more!) during this time.

Secondly, we wanted to ask if you wanted to access some (or all!) of our coaching support and marketing communication services. We are currently helping customers with:-

  • Marketing communications support for your customers and suppliers
  • Having a robust social media presence to ensure you are closely connected with your customers
  • Helping organise your contact database for nurturing future opportunities
  • Providing one-to-one coaching through our confidential video conferencing facilities or through phonecalls (especially on coping mechanisms for self-isolating and homeworking)
  • Offering mentoring on how to get the best from “homeworking”
    ….and many more

We are completely open to hearing from you, your thoughts and working with you to find a service that works for your specific needs during these extraordinary times.
